Job Description

Joyin US Corp in San Bernardino County, CA seeks Product Manager (Branding).  Develop and execute company’s branding strategies, manage product brand identify.  Work with cross-functional teams to guide product line life cycle from conception to launch with a focus on marketing and branding.

Job Duties

  • Define the company’s product strategy road map, and manage product line life cycle from planning to development to launch with a focus on marketing and branding.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing and branding strategies, including analyzing market trends, understanding customer behavior and insights, identifying the brand’s unique value proposition, brand positioning, and target market;
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including establishing brand tone of voice, messaging, visual identity, and brand personality, managing the brand identify, planning and executing brand campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the company's target audience, create effective marketing messages, and identify the appropriate marketing channels to reach the target audience.  
  • Create project plans and timelines for marketing projects, including identifying project deliverables, setting timelines for completion, and allocating resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop marketing assets, such as videos, graphics, or written content, ensuring all marketing materials are in compliance with company branding and messaging standards;
  • Monitor and track product milestones and deliverables.  Identify project risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks;
  • Create and oversea the budget for the brand, which involves distributing resources to facilitate product marketing endeavors and promotional campaigns; and
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business and functional requirements.  Confer with personnel concerned to make sure all stakeholders’ needs are prioritized appropriately and new features in the roadmap and their rollouts are messaged effectively.  

Requirements

  • This position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field, plus 2 years of experience in branding management field.  
  • Additionally, each of the following skills is required:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Skills in analyzing data and metrics to identify consumer insights, measure branding and marketing campaigns, optimize performance;
  • Solid comprehension and analytical skills to evaluate financial statements;
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles, as well as industry trends and practices, including brand strategy, consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing; and
  • Two years of experience in project management related to branding.
  • Qualifying knowledge and experience can be gained concurrently or as part of undergraduate and/or graduate education curriculum, research work, internship.  Qualifying knowledge and experience can also be gained either before or after graduation of undergraduate and/or graduate studies.  Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

  • Develop and maintain shipment database to track and analyze logistics flow from origin to final delivery to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
